Yup–researchers have confirmed that a belly laugh a day keeps your mind & body so healthy you can eat donuts, drink beer, and suck popsicles all day long. (I forget which Ivy League school did the research…). And, if you laugh while hiking or biking or doing something outdoors, all the better.
